2. ORDERING & DELIVERY
2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch an email with log in access details for the product you have purchased. When we despatch the email the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
2.3 We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(b) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(c) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
3.1 All prices are shown exclusive of VAT. The appropriate VAT amount will be added to the price during the checkout process and will be clearly visible. VAT will only be applied to buyers based in the UK.
4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY AS PER EU REGULATIONS
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
As per EU regulations for consumers: You have the right to cancel within seven days from your contract with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
(a) you must notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org your cancellation request. You must delete immediately from your system any downloaded products e.g. workbooks, e-books
Your License permits you to use or make available the Product for education and training purposes to you and your employees (“Permitted Users”). You may not use the Product to train any other persons, including external third parties, without an appropriate licence from us. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved
5.2 Evaluation copies
Where you have access to the Product for evaluation purposes you may only use the Product to evaluate it’s suitability for training Permitted Users. You shall not make the Product available to any persons (including Permitted Users) except those strictly required for the purposes of so evaluating the Product
5.3 Restrictions on use
Irrespective of whether the title to any Products passes to you the copyright and any other intellectual property rights in, on or associated with the Products including without limitation trademarks and design rights (“Intellectual Property”) shall at all times remain vested with us and no such rights shall pass to you
You shall not or permit a third party to;
i) Copy the whole or any part of the Product
ii) Translate, edit, amend, modify or add to a Product or
iii) Sell, rent, lend, sub-licence or give a Product (whether for reward or otherwise)
5.4 Any rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.
6. SERVICE ACCESS
6.1 While we endeavour to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
6.2 Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.
7. VISITOR MATERIAL AND CONDUCT
7.2 You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this Website any material:
